“Player” is the first music video and lead single recorded by American singer and recording artist Tinashe for her upcoming second studio album, Joyride.
The Banger of a Track features guest vocals by American singer Chris Brown.
An accompanying music video directed by Emil Nava premiered at Times Square on November 2nd 2015 alongside appearing via Tinashe’s official YouTube VEVO channel on the same day.
The song was released by RCA Records as the album’s lead single on October 2, 2015 via Tinashe’s official YouTube VEVO channel. “Player” was written by Tinashe, Chris Brown, Lukas Loules with its producers Alexander Kronlund and Chloe Angelides.
It was preceded by the album’s first promotional single “Party Favors“.
