“Brokenhearted“ is a music video and song by pop music duo Karmin, off their debut album Hello. The song was released as the first single off Hello. It was written by Heidemann and Noonan, with Claude Kelly, Emily Wright, Henry Walter, John Hill and Richard Head, and produced by Cirkut. The song is about a lover who begs her man not to “leave [her] broken hearted tonight.”
The video was directed by Marc Klasfeld. The story shifts back and forth between the previous day and the present day.
The music video premiered on Karmin’s official YouTube VEVO channel in late March 2012.
