Empire State of Mind is a single by American hip hop rapper Jay-Z, released as the third single from his studio album The Blueprint 3 on his Roc Nation label. It features guest vocals from R&B and soul singer-songwriter Alicia Keys. The song is an anthemic ode to Jay-Z’s and Keys’s native New York City, featuring sampling of “Love on a Two-Way Street” by The Moments.
It also contains elements of electropop and orchestra pop. Jay-Z and Keys performed the song at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. New York based Hip Hop artist, Syler, released the album The Empire State of Mind on June 3, 2008. A year later Jay-Z came out with a song of the same name.
The music video was filmed on October 1, 2009, in Harlem, Times Square and around Ground Zero of New York City. The video was directed by Hype Williams.

QUALITY I really like this, Im not 1 for adding links in my replies but this reminds me of some similar stuff by graffiti artist “SER” at http://www.hire-a-graffiti-artist.co.uk there are a few more good graffiti artists on the site called Graffiti Kings that graffiti bedrooms, night clubs & everything else lol.
