“The Lazy Song” is the third official music video and single from American singer-songwriter and producer Bruno Mars‘ debut studio album, Doo-Wops & Hooligans.
Mars wrote the song with K’naan and his production team The Smeezingtons, who also produced the track. Musically, “The Lazy Song” displays influences of roots reggae and jawaiian music. The music video premiered in mid April 2011.
